lol… come on, you have to admit that that thread was fun to read.
A really sad thing in life is having someone be correct, but also not have the social skills to pass on that information to others without getting banned. I personaly took no offense to him being offensive.
I hope that my last post did make the intended point, that I COULD have waisted his time a lot or a little, or not at all. I choose in most cases (in the social forum) to waist a little bit of everyone’s time. 🙂

Just amusing to me really. Most of my friends are men, and you learn all sorts of fascinating things from listening to them chat about stuff…
Anyway, I’ve just been to one of these Macromedia training course things - the management have heard about the MMCP exams and think it would be good if I took them.

I’d never heard of that one.
The ones we’ve got over here are MacroMedia Certified Professional (MMCP) which can be Flash Designer, Flash Developer, Dreamweaver Developer… That kind of thing. MMCP is the general overall title.

How difficult are those exams? I would like to take them but they cost a lot of money to take and I don’t want to fail it.

hehe, an actionscript begineer can pass those exams, but it really serious when it comes to flash communication server and Flash Remoting questions :(!!

What are the benefits of taking these exams? Are you placed on a list that people can see and then choose to hire? Or is it just good for stuff like your resume…

Well, weekend so I don’t really go near my PC (I get enough of monitors and that during the week at work). Plus I had this two day Flash course, so I couldn’t really get on the Net there…
