Hi. I need a PHP uploader that includes:

\*\*Changeable user upload directorys (e.g. a user chris gets a directory like [COLOR=Orange][www.strokemymouse.com/chris/[/COLOR]](http://www.strokemymouse.com/chris/%5B/COLOR%5D) while the uploader is in [COLOR=Red][www.strokemymouse.com/uploader[/COLOR]](http://www.strokemymouse.com/uploader%5B/COLOR%5D))  
Changeable size limits for each user (e.g. c[COLOR=Red]hris gets - 200MB[/COLOR] and matt gets - 45MB)

I Dont want registration forms just the admin to create new users!

Does anyone know of anything that matches my specs?
