Hey! I’m a complete noobie w/ flash… ☹

I was wondering if someone could help me with the shine effect?[http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/shine.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/shine.htm)

I want to add it to the attached image (globe).

Thanks for any help!

Which part are you trying to shine, or is it the whole thing?
