Hi, Ok i have been having a big problem doing an effect. I was wondering if someone can show or tell me how its done.
the effect i can’t describe but i could show you what i mean from a web site where the effect is used. The 2 images of the person standing before they appear they do like some flashy effect. Thats what i am trying to do.
Well if you see what i am talking about please help

The people that appear are not in the original photograph. They’ve been illustratated on top of it.
They are most likely graphics that have their opacity being animated.
