# I need some help with 'basic' animation?

I’ve got 5 characters with over sized heads that act as navigational buttons and stand next to a speaker which plays the site’s music. What i need is for the heads to ‘bop’ up & down while the music is played and to stop when the stop button is pressed.

In photoshop, the animation is quite simple (moving the layer up & down), but in flash the motion, even if only a few key frames long, looks rigid.

Is there a way to do this with action script or a smoother option with tweening?
