# I need your opinion about storing pics for flash!

I need to get pictures into my sitebased on their ids. The ids and other details are stored in a mysql database, now what will be the best way for me to store the pictures themselves? do i store them on my server, and put the link in the database? or should i store them in the database itself? which will be more efficient in terms of speed and bandwith, cause i have to load this in flash!
