# I thought flash mx supports utf

hi every one. For almost a year now, I’ve been trying to use foreign fonts (farsi language or arabic) . When I preview something using the fonts in farsi, it gives each word in seperate letters not a whole words except when I’m using device font. So, the way it is right now I have one of the two choices:  
1- Always use device font. But it isn’t a pretty font.  
2-Use other programs to write things and then copy paste them into flash.  
But I continue to think that flash mx supports UTF and for a newbie like me it is hard to figure it out. Now that I have found this forum, I’m sure with the help of good folks like you this problem of mine will be solved. Many many thanks in advance.
