# I wanna get paid

I recently finished a website for my first client (:D), but I’m having some troubles here.

I presumed that he could just pay me through paypal, without any issues. But apparently there are some tax issues I need to sort out first, he told me they need a “UStiD” (is that just VAT?) from me before he can send me the payment. The only information I could find about it is the German wiki page 😛

I have very little clue about how this stuff works/what I need to do, so any help here would be welcome.
