i want a cell phone. im 14 and i probably wont be able to get one til college. my parents are cheap you see. i can even get or lease my own car with my own moeny, even when my friends get their own brand new corvettes for their 16th birthdays. oh well, ill be the loser ridding the bus as a senior…👽 ---

im currently paying for my cell phone, and i only work 2 hrs a week until i can get a better job. and plus i am goign to be getting my licence soon, so im going to have to start paying for insurence. ☹ ---

i dont think u guys are understanding me they wont let me buy a car or cell phone with MY OWN money. they wont even let me get a job til 16 because they dont wanna drive me there when i dont have my licesnce it sucks its not like its my fault, i cant prevent it ---

Uncle Guito - I’m 15, and since … jeez, well over three years ago, I have worked to get whatever the heck I wanted. I started with paper routes, when I was like, 10, just every wednesday stuff. Moved up to a normal route. Then I became an engraver roughly 3 years ago. I did that for the summer. I got my friend a job there with me. He chopped off the tip of his finger, the moron. 😛 I worked at Global Donuts last year, and right now I’m employed by the city. And I’m 15. There’s always opportunities, kid, you just have to get off your duff and find them. My resume is so \*\*\*\* full I can get any job I want (besides higher education etc.) to pay for my future, a car, a cell phone, and whatever other junk I want. And I don’t rely on my parents to get to and fro. If I have the chance, I take public transportation. If it’s nice, I ride my bike. If none work, I can hit up my dad for a ride, or take a cab. * * * “it sucks its not like its my fault, i cant prevent it” It does suck, and it is your fault, and you CAN prevent it. ---

I’m a pro engraver, LoL. It’s mostly computer-based nowadays, but there’s a lot of hands on. You know when you see things on Plaques they have names on them and stuff? or on plates there’s writing, or…_tries to think of examples_ The Stanley Cup, each team that has won it has had their name engraved on it. I think you get it now, if you need better, uh, look it up on google, cause it’s hard to explain. You take a big machine, a computer, and something else, and put words/pictures on it. ---
