# iCharacters project is looking for an experienced FLASH programmer

Hello,  
We are looking for an experienced programmer to help us bring the iCharacters project to life.

It will be a web-based system designed to enable its user to combine a talking character and place it on his website. Somewhat distantly similar to [sitepal.com](http://sitepal.com)

the main key aspects is to be able to make the character smile, wink, talk, etc. using morph.

By our calculations, it might require about 85-100 hours of work.
