# Ideal movie dimension

I am using full screen flash page as found in Kirupa [here](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/fullscreen.htm). My project is dedicated to the user which has screen setting : 1024x768.

My question is that what is the ideal dimension of my actual movie (stage dimension) that I create in flash in order that I can take the full advantage of full screen flash page ?
