# IE 7 Beta 2

Microsoft released Beta 2 of Internet Explorer today. I installed it for the first time and I must say that it is really pretty. It has a some UI issues but overall it’s quite impressive in my opinion.

I’m a little scared of installing it just yet. i like to have the same browser that my clients have.

Yeah I installed it earlier today. It is pretty impressive. The font anti-aliasing kind of bothers me since I paid like $600 for this HD screen ☹

MTSoul - you can disable ClearType under Advanced Settings. I just installed IE7 Beta 2, and the performance is far better than the previous Beta 2 Preview!

I like the quick tabs feature, but have you notice that it some times out lines a SWF until you click on it?

Sweet sweet now I’m happy 😃

I kind of like it more than Firefox. Quicker launch… most of the CSS bugs fixed…
