# IE-7 \> Outlook \> Hotmail

I installed IE-7 yesterday, (FireFox2 user :)) and since then Outlook is no longer accessing my hotmail account.

It could just be a coincidence that at the same time I installed IE-7.

1. 
  - Hotmail \> Outlook service is down

2. 
  - They finally shut down my unpaid access to hotmail from outlook.

or

1. 
  - Installing IE-7 has stopped me accessing hotmail from outlook.
