Hello,

I wanted to get a site made that’s similar to [http://www.ijigg.com](http://www.ijigg.com) but it would be a site that votes. The site would be making players for artists, using swf’s instead of mp3’s and creating profile pages that they fall back on.

Budget - $3000

It’d need a CMS system too.
