# I'm Going Crazy...Please Help

Everytime I try to watch a quicktime movie on [apple.com](http://apple.com) in either Opera or IE, the browser always crashed. I’ve tried reinstalling Quicktime and everything but they still both crash. Please help, this is driving my nuts.
