Purpose and Scope: Develop consumer-facing Flash applications in a highly iterative, group development environment.

Responsibilities:

[_][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’]Create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality.  
[/FONT]  
[_][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’]Engineer Flash solutions that provide the maximum performance and flexibility.

[_][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’]Make technical recommendations for implementation options related to user experience.

[_][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’]Excellent understanding and at least 3 years experience in Macromedia Flash, **Action scripting 1.0 - 2.0** [/FONT][/LIST][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’] [/FONT]

[_][FONT=‘Book Antiqua’]Good understanding and at least 3 years experience in ASP, .NET, DHTML, XML, MS SQL 2000, object oriented programming, and video compression and streaming.
