# Image Bkg, fading text problem

Hello,

I hope I can get some help here. I have gone though some of the tutorials, and btw, they were very helpful, thank you 🙂 however, I am having some trouble.

I have a single image background, I want to use, I changed it to a .swf format, and used the fading text techinque, but when I play it does not work. The Text is still transparent, even though I went through the levels of the alpha and keyframes and checked twice that they were at the correct levels in the keyframes. I am new in Flash also.
