# Image distortion in xml/Flash photo gallery

I used the Photo Gallery using xml and Flash tutorial and created a nice gallery with thumbnails I increased the size to accommodate a 800x533px size picture however when the images are imported they are distorted to a size that looks to be around 900x400px I am using flash 8 any help would be appreciated.
