# Image effect help

Hello everyone. I am a very new user of Flash and I want to learn how to create an effect similar to this on:  
[www.kinento.net](http://www.kinento.net)

It needs to be when I roll over the mouse, and since I’m not very familiar with Flash I figured there must be some tutorial out there. 🙂
