# Image Gallery in Flash mx question

I did the tutorial on this page…

I redid it. with the rectangle movie clip where the images load to & put the arrows…it works, but for some reason, when I preview it the images are in the bottom right side & only a part is shown. & the rectangle movie clip is in the center(of course when preview I can not see the rectangle mc) …
Dont know what I did wrong, I think some thing with the movie clip & the images.

move the registration point to the top left.

“the rectangle movie clip is in the center”
that would be were the images are going, the registration point in that is not at the right place, double click the mc and move the rectangle to 0,0 in x and y cooridinates. then test the movie.

dosent matter, the registration point inside the mc i m saying to change. the mc can be anywhere on the stage.

for some reason, when I export the movie. & Insert it into dreamweaver & test it. I dont see the animation. I only see the two arrows?

So it works when you test in flash, but not when you put it on a webpage…prolly when u saved the swf to your web folder, you didnt bring the jpg’s also. So, save the jpgs in your same folder as your swf.
Or, you are trying to use progressive jpg’s, which flash won’t do. make sure the jpgs arent prgressive.
hopefully that wil fix.
