# Image panning

I like the idea of interactive image panning, and the tutorial is excellent ([http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/interactive\_image\_pan2.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/forum/../developer/flash8/interactive_image_pan2.htm)) but what if I want to make the panning to go up and down instead of left and right? What should I do?
