# Import movie error

Hi All, total newbie question here.

Basically im running through the kirupa tutorial for the date countdown in flash.

what im trying to do is import a movie into another movie.

Now when i save the first movie as “blabla.fla” then try to import it into another movie by selecting

File–\>Import

it gives me an error which states

“The import did not finish because an unknown error occurred”

Anyone ever experienced this before? do i need to re-install Flah MX or something
