# Imported bitmaps get distorted in flash

Hi,

I am a relative newbie. I made a pretty complicated drawing in Photoshop CS which I saved as a JPEG.

When I import the file to Flash CS3 it appears blurred (i.e. not sharp enough), both on the stage and in preview mode. I haven’t done any changes to it after importing - just did File-\>Import-\>Import to Stage and chose the file.

Can anyone explain to me what I’m doing wrong? Do I need to change anything in photoshop before the import or in flash after the import?

I get really really frustrated here…
