Howdy - so what i need to do is this …

there’s a flash movie called import.fla and i need to get it so that it’s imported into another fla called main.fla.

so i go file -\> import and it’ll only let me choose .swf files and when i import it it just appears as a whole series of bitmap frames on the timeline.

what i need to do is import the proper content of the movie, so that it appears inside main.fla (perhaps inside a newly created movie object) exactly as it would appear if i were editting import.fla directly, with all the layers, actions and functionality inherant in import.fla.

is there a way to do this?

thank you!
