# Importing Mpeg file

Hi all,
When I import mpeg file to flash, flash gives me a message says the audio can no be imported. How can I import mpeg with audio?

I’ve had that problem too before and I ended up using Adobe Premiere and stripping out the audio, editing it with Sound Forge, then importing the audio in separately into flash. The toughest part was making sure that the audio and video were in sync.

I used iTunes to make it Mp3 file and import it to flash. For some reason, flash automatically adjust sound frames to sync movie.

can I ask how long the movie is? Is it necessary to include video or can you break it into a series of bitmaps using Quicktime or Premiere?
The reason I ask is because video eats up the file size.
