Hello all,

I have to import a 3D animation in my flash movie for a projector.

What is the best format to import the 3D in my Flash.  
A png sequence? A Tiff sequence? A quicktime video?  
Will I encounter playback problems? Is it better to  
import an external .mov file or embed it in my  
Flash movie?

Any tips, ideas, comments, suggestions will be appreciated.
