# Importing Video

Hi i have imported a flv file into my library and placed a instance of it on the time line but It asks me if I want to add the amount of keyframes to show the movie which I would rather not as it slows down every think, is it possible to start the movie from actionscript command in a named frame and not have to add a load of frames?
