# In dire need of help :( (Sound on computer)

Since reformattiong my computer (And losing various .fla’s I thought id backed up ☹ ) I havent been able to get sound on my computer.

I tried to run a .mov in quicktime and it gave me the error message :

‘ **You may experience a problem playing a soundrack in ‘good\_text.mov’ because there is no hardware available on your computer. Would you like to close the movie or continue?** ’

I really need the sound badly ☹

I have tried installing new drivers through windows update, and right clicking the driver and clicking ‘update driver’. But to no avail. Please say someone can help me get sound ☹
