# Increasing the colour "red" in an image, and giving it a border

basically, I wanna highlight the edge of my image (which is a mc), on rollOver…

and I also wanna increase the amount of “red” “green” and “blue” in that image, (like when you select a mc on the stage, and go - advanced, - colour, - and do stuff there

anyone know how?
