# Interactive Image Panning

Hi there. I’ve been using the great tutorial on Interactive Image Panning - [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/interactive\_image\_pan.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/interactive_image_pan.htm)

But need a little help!

Is it possible to make the image pan equally to the left or right? At the moment it move mostly toward the right-hand side, but I’d like it to move left first if the mouse hovers on the left-hand side, for example.
