# Internet Explorer frame rate maximum for flash

Hi all.

I’m constructing an animation with a good few bmps moving about. I have set the frame rate pretty high (70fps) and renders fine in the flash environment.

When exported to IE or Mozilla - it slows down alot. Is there a maximum frame rate that these browsers can display? I’ve had a look at some other .fla files (using sothink swf decompiler) from ‘the big boys’ in the industry, and they too use higher frame rates. .

Any answers / possible fixes would be greatly appreciated.
