hi i was on a website which i forget the name of and it mesured my speed it said it was above avg then it had a tweaking option 2 make it faster omg  
how to i reverse this ??? my ping in counter strike and other games was around 20-50 now its 150 steady and spikes to 1k-4k lol help how do i fix my connection settings
