I was wondering something while I lay in bed last night. When you sleep, you rbody gets a chance to relax and stuff so why is it that just lying still with your eyes closed is not sleep? I mean during sleep the brain is still really active due to dreams right? :q:

PS. can a mod fix my lame \*\*\* typo in the title? hahahahah
