# Is this CSS or JavaScript?

Go to:

On the top there is a link called “Ministry Guide”. If you click on that, this little header will extends downward, pushing everything on its way downward also.

How do you do that? Is this pure CSS or is it Javascript? Sorry I’m a noob. :lol:
