# Is this flash fx available in p/shop

this effect in flash (im using mx) was achieved using the ‘trace bitmap’ feature. Is there a way to get it looking like this from Adobe Photoshop. I was messing wit the posterize feature but it just doesnt work the same. Is there some filter i need 2 try?
