# Item list/ quote form

Hello to all,

I have a client that needs something setup similar to the link below, in terms of functionality anyways,

Javascript would be great, and he’s basically looking for the following features:  
[LIST]  
[\*]The ability to enter names of multiple items of choice along with a quantity for each. (then a button that displays the total amount of items in number form)

[\*]pretty much a clone of the “your information” section in the link provided

[\*]the ability to “request a quote” by having all of the above information sent to my clients email  
[/LIST]

If this sounds plausible to anyone, PM me with a reasonable quote, and I’ll pass that information on to get the ball rolling.
