# I've shattered my girl's dreams...I hate myself

Hey everybody, I broke up with my girl friend on saturday…I think I gave her the shock of her life…I feel really guilty about this. I have hurt her so badly, she was litrally pleading not to leave her but I like an a\*\*h\*le broke her heart. I dont know what to do I really don’t want to continue but how do I help her forget me and everything that happened between us. She had called my and sounded very bad, she is shattered, I feel really bad…I hate myself though what I did was for good.

I don’t wnat to go back to her but help her out of this.
