# Japanese fonts are friggin gigantic... what do you do with Flash?

Dynamic text and Japanese characters are driving me nuts. It’s like a **1.8 meg** file size increase to embed all Japanese characters, but without them, characters get eaten.

Japanese people have really fast internet. Font size isn’t an issue!
