Is this a new adware?

I have been trying to get this AD thingy off my pc…hav tried everything

noadware n stuff like that…does any of you guys has encounterd this

one? please let me know if you have & how u got it off your system…

Its killing my computer & Internet speed too…wont let me post either…

I dont know if this one will get thru or i am gona ask someone else to post it here…i can quick reply though.
