Please Anybody help me on effect same as

Only need the java explanation,I think this is simple flash,once played how to disable flash,or overlaying flash can be removed as in here…  
Please hep me,Iam very poor in java coading.  
Is their any action script code required in there.How to align that over one page .After the animation is finished the site can be used as simple html page,amazing…  
Please help me.
