# Java Runtime Environment?

Hey all,  
I have a very big problem . . . :  
I had the Klez virus, therefore downloaded an “anti-Klez”/anti virus prog from TuCows . .  
Fine . Virus gone.  
My problem now is that I cannot view any pop-up windows ie: windows that pop-up to sign in for something etc.This has limited my web use for sometime, as I cannot even see if Kirupa’s tut on Opening a centerd pop-upwindow works or test any “Browser Behaviours” while working in Dreamweaver.If I click on ANY “javaScript” link it does not work.  
Has anyone got any solutions to my problem?  
I have tried downloading the Microdoft IE6 update, but it did nothing . .  
I think I might need Java Runtime Environment, as I deleted it by mistake, but every time I try and re-install it, it gives me an error.  
Where would I be able to download something that could re-enable the behaviours?
