# Javascript detecting mouse clicks for Flash movie

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find a way to have flash detect and react to mouse clips that take place outside of the movie clip. Please see my other post at [http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=230038](http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=230038)

I have determined that the only way to do this is to use javascript, which I know nothing about. I was wondering if you guys knew of any quick and easy script that would be able to detect these clicks. Thanks for the help!
