# Javascript image resize? background

Hey I am in need of some assistance. I need a browser to be able to open and an image inside be reset to scale each time the browser is resized or if a viewers computer is on a different video setting (i.e. 800x600 or 1024x768). IT is actuallt like an outside of a web page, a border, it is a template that will load an iframe in the middle. All I want is the page to be able to resize without being distorted or looking bad. I would really appreciate any help.
