# JavaScript pop-ups w/ PHP?

I’ve got a simple contact form which sends info to a PHP file for processing and e-mailing. When the user hits the “submit” button, I would like a simple pop-up window to appear saying “thank you your information has been sent.” Is this doable within the php file?
