# JavaScript Pop Ups

i have a dynamic text box that scrolls and in that text box i need to make one of the lines a link to a html page with set dimensions. This is easy to do when it is a button bt when it’s just a hyperlink what do i put in the URL link?  
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
