ok, I’ve been a developer for about 6 years. I’ve got a good CV which includes short term jobs for Sky TV and IBM. I think I’m fairly good in interviews but this one I’ve got coming on Monday is a bit different…

it’s for a Senior Web Developer role…I’d be peoples boss

Is there anyone in a senior role and if so, any tips for the interview cause I’m sure I can come across as a good, reliable developer but I’m unsure how to come across as someone who can lead a development team…

any helps appreciated guys :cool:
