Hi I looked at [JQuery file upload](http://blueimp.github.io/jQuery-File-Upload/angularjs.html) and i am trying to set up so that it stores the file name and path into database.

i looked at [https://github.com/blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload/wiki/PHP-MySQL-database-integration](https://github.com/blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload/wiki/PHP-MySQL-database-integration) but it dont make any sense to me. the uploading is supposed to be part of a form process were user id and path is integrated with the upload process

eg if user id = “2”, and package is “kilo” the path for upload should be /images/2/kilo/\*
please help.
