# Judging Guidelines

Hey everyone,  
This thread is primarily applicable to the judges, but I think it would be useful to post it publically so that everyone is on the same level with regards to the judging process, deadlines, and other gory details 😉

**Applicable ONLY to Judges:**  
The list of all the entries is here: [http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=180272&page=1](http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=180272&page=1) From those entries, please e-mail me ([kirupa.at.kirupa.com](http://kirupa.at.kirupa.com)) the 15 (or more!) entries that you like. The format can be a list with the URL to the SWF attachment and the creator’s name. It would be great if I could get all of your choices by July 14th. Again, this paragraph is related only to the judges. Please please please don’t e-mail me your Top 15 picks if you aren’t a judge hehe 🙂

**Applicable to Everyone:**  
From the judges’ entries, I will place those entries the Top 15 or so entries that occur the most frequently into a public poll where everybody will have a chance to vote on the entries that they like. The public poll will last a week, and it will start a few days after all of the judges’ entries are in.

If there are any questions, feel free to reply here and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
