# Just some advice seeking

I am trying to come up with an animation that could be best described as animating the suns rays radiating.

I want to have a circle in the middle with “rays” coming off it at spaced angles. And I want the rays animated so they are random in speed and distance that they go in and out from the circle.

And then when you hover over them I want the animation to change (undecided as to how)

I am looking for some tutorials that can help me in regards to using variables to decide how the rays behave.
