my question was resolved indeed. thanks to all those who helped. but about the other question that was just posed … i don’t understand what it has to do with a combobox. you can only have text in a combobox … not movies.

or … ooooh wait … you’re talking about the code to load movies from the combobox.

hmm … .i’m not sure I remember. tomorrow when I get to work I’ll try to post my code for how i solved the problem.
